The 2024 Proxy Disclosure Conference and the 21st Annual Executive Compensation Conference, as well as all NASPP sessions and programs, take place within this hotel. We recommend securing your room as soon as possible as space is limited.
While it is not required, we do encourage our in-person attendees to reserve a room at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square hotel (click HERE to book your room) while availability lasts to maximize their experiences.
Are all sessions and programs taking place within the official conference hotel?
Yes, the 2024 Proxy Disclosure Conference and the 21st Annual Executive Compensation Conference, as well as all NASPP sessions and programs, are taking place within the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. The expo hall and hosted receptions are also being held within the hotel. We will apply for CLE credit for the conferences. Most states allow credit for lawyers who attend in person or via live video webcasts as they are airing. As we get closer, we will post a list of states for which the conferences are accredited. Please visit our CLE FAQ page. Should you have further questions about CLE credit, please contact our CLE provider, CEU Institute, at 800-556-3559.
Unfortunately, no CPE credits are available for attending the conferences.
Yes, there will be both video and written transcripts available.
All in-person and virtual registrants will receive an email with instructions for accessing the conference archives. Be sure to retain this email!
If you registered for the conferences through NASPP, you would receive access to the archives from NASPP.
All in-person and virtual registrants will have access to the archives of the conferences until October 14, 2025.
If I plan to watch the conferences by video webcast, what type of equipment and connection will I need?
You need approximately 600k of continuous incoming bandwidth to view a panel through a 500k link. If that high level of bandwidth is not available for you, your player will either not open or will continuously buffer (i.e., freeze). If you experience this type of problem, it is highly recommended that you switch to a 300k link to watch the video. Test your internet speed here.
We recommend using an updated version of a Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser to view the conference platform.
If you are still unable to access the event, contact your IT department.
What are the benefits of getting a multi-attendee virtual license for the conferences?
We offer two multi-attendee virtual licensing options. One will allow an organization to register up to seven virtual attendees and one will permit registration of an unlimited number of virtual attendees from a single organization.
The multiple attendee licenses allow anyone in your organization to access the virtual conference sessions (via live video webcast or the archived content) from any location – at a significant discount to the virtual single-attendee price. Even if you’ve already purchased a single attendee virtual license, you can still upgrade to a firmwide license.
Information on our virtual conference platform will be available soon.
Can I attend the conferences even though I am not a member of TheCorporateCounsel.net or CompensationStandards.com?
Yes, anyone can attend the conferences!
What are the differences between the 2024 Proxy Disclosure Conference on October 14 and the 21st Annual Executive Compensation Conference on October 15?
The 2024 Proxy Disclosure Conference is a one-day conference that is timed and organized to help you prepare for the flurry of year-end and proxy season activity. This event is a must for anyone involved with drafting or reviewing proxy disclosures.
The 21st Annual Executive Compensation Conference is an intensive one-day conference full of engaging sessions sharing essential and practical guidance, direct from the experts, on public company executive and director compensation issues, disclosure requirements and related legal developments.
Can I pay for just one of the conferences if I don’t want to attend both?
The 2024 Proxy Disclosure and 21st Annual Executive Compensation Conferences are bundled together into a single two-day event for registration and pricing. Most attendees are interested in the topics covered on both days of the conferences.
