CLE FAQs for Archived Conference Sessions (ON-DEMAND)

To earn on-demand Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for our 2026 Conferences, please read these FAQs carefully:

Is CLE credit available for watching the on-demand archived conference sessions?

Yes, you may be able to earn CLE credit for watching on-demand archived conference sessions. You must follow the instructions outlined below.

How do I earn CLE credit for on-demand sessions or tracks?

Because some states will not approve on-demand course credits under one hour, we have combined sessions lasting less than one hour in our conference archive so that they may qualify for on-demand CLE credit. On-demand CLE credit is available for each hour-long individual session or combined track, but you may not mix and match portions of individual sessions or tracks and receive credit. You are also ineligible to receive on-demand credit for any session or combined track if you applied for credit for any portion of that session or combined track as a live attendee.

Watch the entire session and/or “track” without skipping ahead or closing the screen. When the session has concluded, please click the link at the bottom of the video player, “Click Here to Access the Form,” and enter your state and license information plus the CLE “code word” specific to the session, provided in the session description.

All approvals are at the decision of the state bar based on content and deadlines. The CLE processor for this event, CEU Institute (national CLE processor, **[www.ceuinstitute.net](https://ceuinstitute.net/)**), will seek National CLE credit for this conference. *All credits are pending state decisions. A CLE certificate will be sent if/when approved by that state.*

May I view the on-demand archived conference sessions from a conference room and still earn CLE?

We recommend attending from a computer or the conference app so that the appropriate information is captured for each individual; however, we can accommodate groups through the use of attestations and a monitor affidavit. For more information on group monitors, please email Wendy Lopez at [**wlopez@ccrcorp.com**](mailto:wlopez@ccrcorp.com).

How will I be able to sign in for CLE credit if I watch the web conferences from my own computer?

Watch the entire session and/or "track" without skipping ahead or closing the screen. When the session has concluded, please click the link at the bottom of the video player, "Click Here to Access the Form", and enter your state and license information plus the CLE "code word" specific to the session, provided in the session description.

How do I receive a CLE certificate?

You must watch each session and/or "track" in its entirety (you may not mix and match portions of individual sessions or tracks and receive credit) and complete the CLE form link in the session description.

You are ineligible to receive on-demand credit for any session or combined track if you applied for credit for any portion of that session or combined track as a live attendee.

Our CLE processor will process CLE credits to your state bar and also send a CLE certificate to your attention within 30 days of viewing the on-demand webcast.

***Should you have further questions about CLE credits, please contact our CLE processor: CEU Institute - 800.556.3559, [info@ceuinstitute.net](mailto:info@ceuinstitute.net).***

What should I do if the state I seek credit for is listed in your list as "pending"?

If you seek CLE credit for one of the few states where our application is pending, our CLE credit processor, CEU Institute will send a CLE certificate if/when approved by that state: **[*List of CLE Availability by State*](https://events.ccrcorp.com/hubfs/CLE%20Approval%20Status%20by%20State%20(10.8.26).pdf?hsLang=en)**

What are the differences between the 2026 Proxy Disclosure Conference on Oct. 12 and the 23rd Annual Executive Compensation Conference on Oct. 13?

The 2026 Proxy Disclosure Conference is a one-day conference that is timed and organized to help you prepare for the flurry of year-end and proxy season activity. This event is a *must* for anyone involved with drafting or reviewing proxy disclosures.

The 23rd Annual Executive Compensation Conference is an intensive one-day conference full of engaging sessions sharing essential and practical guidance, direct from the experts, on public company executive and director compensation issues, disclosure requirements and related legal developments.

Can I pay for just one of the Conferences if I don’t want to attend both?

The 2026 Proxy Disclosure and 23rd Annual Executive Compensation Conferences are bundled together into a single two-day event for registration and pricing. Most attendees are interested in the topics covered on both days of the conferences.

 What are your registration options?

We have the following registration options for this year’s conferences:

\- In-Person, Single Attendee

\- Virtual, Single Attendee

\- Virtual, Up to 5

\- Virtual, Over 5

Yes, we offer discounted rates for in-person and virtual registration. Early Bird tickets are currently on sale and this offer ends July 24, 2026. **[Register](https://memberships.ccrcorp.com/proxy-disclosure-executive-compensation-conferences-2026/)** as early as possible to secure the best rate.

For group in-person pricing, please contact us at Info@CCRcorp.com or call us at 1-800-737-1271.

Do you accommodate special needs or requirements?

If you have dietary restrictions, require assistance, or need auxiliary aids, please email **[PDEC@ccrcorp.com](mailto:PDEC@ccrcorp.com)** by September 1, 2026. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

What are the benefits of getting a multi-attendee virtual license for the conferences?

We offer two multi-attendee virtual licensing options. One will allow an organization to register up to five virtual attendees, and one will permit registration of an unlimited number of virtual attendees from a single organization.

The multiple attendee licenses allow anyone in your organization to access the virtual conference sessions (via live video webcast or the archived content) from any location – at a significant discount to the virtual single-attendee price. Even if you’ve already purchased a single attendee virtual license, you can still upgrade to a firmwide license.

If I plan to watch the conferences by video webcast, what type of equipment and connection will I need?

Information on our virtual conference platform will be available soon.

You’ll need approximately 600k of continuous incoming bandwidth to view a panel through a 500k link. If that high level of bandwidth is not available for you, your player will either not open or will continuously buffer (i.e., freeze). If you experience this type of problem, it is highly recommended that you switch to a 300k link to watch the video. Test your internet speed **[here](https://speedof.me/)**.

We recommend using an updated version of a Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser to view the conference platform.

If you are still unable to access the event, contact your IT department.

What if I miss conference sessions?

We will archive all conference sessions except the keynote, so you can go back and watch the conferences at any time until Oct. 12, 2027. The archive page will also include written transcripts.

How do I access the video archives of the conferences?

All in-person and virtual registrants will receive an email with instructions for accessing the conference archives after the conferences have ended. Be sure to retain this email!

NASPP Registrants: If you are an NASPP member and/or purchased access to the 2026 Proxy Disclosure and 23rd Annual Executive Compensation Conferences from NASPP, your registration type **does not include** access to the archives.

How long will I have access to the archives of the conferences?

All in-person and virtual registrants will have access to the archives of the conferences until Oct. 12, 2027.

Can I earn continuing education credit for attending the conference?

We will apply for CLE credit for the conferences. Most states allow credit for lawyers who attend in person or via live video webcasts as they are airing. As we get closer, we will post a list of states for which the conferences are accredited. ***Should you have further questions about CLE credits, please contact our CLE provider, CEU Institute, at 800-556-3559***.

Unfortunately, no CPE credits are available for attending the conferences.

Will written transcripts of the panels from the conferences be made available?

Yes. Transcripts will be available for conference attendees a few weeks after the conferences end and can be accessed via the archives.

Can I ask questions before, during or after the conferences?

Yes, our two “SEC All-Stars" panels will feature dedicated time for Q&A. For in-person attendees, microphones will be available for our audience members to use during those Q&A sessions.

A chat box will be available during all panels for in-person and virtual attendees to anonymously submit questions on our virtual conference platform. Because of the fast-moving nature of our panels, we can’t guarantee all questions will be answered or posed to the panelists.

Members of TheCorporateCounsel.net and CompensationStandards.com can post in our Q&A forums on those sites at any time, and those posts can be anonymous. If you have questions in advance of the conferences that you’d like to see covered, please email them to **[john@thecorporatecounsel.net](mailto:john@thecorporatecounsel.net)**.

 What is your cancellation policy?

All registrations are non-refundable.
