Yes, anyone may attend the Conferences! 

The Conferences will be held in person in Las Vegas and virtually via live video webcast on Oct. 21 and 22.    

Our in-person sessions will take place in Primrose 5 of the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, located in the Primrose Hallway. 

All sessions, except Wednesday morning’s keynote, will be streamed live to our virtual audience via our conference platform and app, RingCentral Events.  

All sessions, except Wednesday morning’s keynote, will be archived and available to in-person or virtual attendees for one year after the Conferences.

The 2025 Proxy Disclosure Conference is a one-day conference that is timed and organized to help you prepare for the flurry of year-end and proxy season activity. This event is a must for anyone involved with drafting or reviewing proxy disclosures.  

The 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conference is an intensive one-day conference full of engaging sessions sharing essential and practical guidance, direct from the experts, on public company executive and director compensation issues, disclosure requirements and related legal developments.

 

The 2025 Proxy Disclosure & 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conferences are bundled together into a single two-day event for registration and pricing. Most attendees are interested in the topics covered on both days of the Conferences.

We offer two multi-attendee virtual licensing options. One will allow an organization to register up to five virtual attendees, and one will permit registration of an unlimited number of virtual attendees from a single organization.     

The multiple-attendee licenses allow anyone in your organization to access the virtual conference sessions (via live video webcast or the archived content) from any location, at a significant discount on the virtual single-attendee price. Even if you’ve already purchased a single-attendee virtual license, you can still upgrade to a firmwide license.

 

We will archive all conference sessions, except for Wednesday’s keynote, so you can go back and watch the Conferences at any time until Oct. 21, 2026.  

All in-person and virtual registrants will receive an email with instructions for accessing the conference archives after the Conferences have ended. Be sure to retain this email!  

NASPP Registrants: If you are an NASPP member and/or purchased access to the 2025 Proxy Disclosure & 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conferences from NASPP, your registration type does not include access to the archives.  

All in-person and virtual registrants will have access to the archives of the Conferences until Oct. 21, 2026. 

We will apply for CLE credit for the Conferences. Most states allow credit for lawyers who attend in person or via live video webcasts as they are airing. As we get closer, we will post a list of states for which the Conferences are accredited. Please review our CLE FAQ page for more information.

Yes. Transcripts will be available for conference attendees a few weeks after the Conferences end and can be accessed via the archives.

Course materials will be available for in-person and virtual attendees via the conference platform and app (RingCentral Events) for viewing and downloading. You may access these with a laptop or mobile device.  

Yes, our two “SEC All-Stars" panels will feature dedicated time for Q&A. For in-person attendees, microphones will be available for our audience members to use during those Q&A sessions.     

For virtual attendees, a chat box will be available during all panels, but because of the fast-moving nature of this event, we can’t guarantee all questions will be answered or posed to the panelists.    

Members of TheCorporateCounsel.net and CompensationStandards.com can post in our Q&A forums on those sites at any time and those posts can be anonymous. If you have questions in advance of the Conferences that you’d like to see covered, please email them to john@thecorporatecounsel.net

This year’s in-person Conferences are being held at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. We encourage in-person attendees to reserve a room at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas (click HERE to book your room) while availability lasts to maximize your experienceThe last day to book is Sept. 26. 

Your in-person registration for the 2025 Proxy Disclosure & 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conferences includes the following:  

Access to all Proxy Disclosure and Executive Compensation sessions happening Oct. 21-22.  

Continuing education credit opportunities for CLE. 

Exclusive access to CCRcorp’s Welcome Party & 50th Anniversary Celebration in Primrose Hall from 4 – 7 p.m. PT on Oct. 20. 

Access to company and sponsor activations in the Primrose Hallway, plus the opportunity to visit NASPP’s Exhibit Hall starting at 5 p.m. PT on Oct. 21. 

Access to NASPP’s “Opening Celebration” in Agave Hall from 5 – 7 p.m. PT on Oct. 21. 

Breakfast, lunch and snacks daily.  

Access to NASPP’s Wednesday morning keynote speaker on Oct. 22 in the Theater. 

Access to the PDEC Conferences’ archives and transcripts until Oct. 21, 2026. 

Your registration does not include access to NASPP’s programming besides the activities mentioned above.

Onsite check-in and registration for the 2025 Proxy Disclosure & 22nd Annual Executive Compensation Conferences is in front of Primrose 5, located in the Primrose Hallway. For a fast and easy experience, please provide your registration email or a government-issued ID at registration to receive your badge for the Conferences. You will need this badge to enter the Conferences, breakfast, lunch and the NASPP Exhibit Hall. 

The hours for onsite check-in and registration are:  

Monday, Oct. 20: 4 – 7 p.m. PT 

Tuesday, Oct. 21: 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. PT 

Wednesday, Oct. 22: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. PT 

Breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Oct. 21 will be in The Manor, down the hall from Primrose 5. 

Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, Oct. 22 will be in the NASPP Exhibit Hall, located in Agave Hall near Primrose 5. 

If you’re attending the conference in person in Las Vegas, most people will be in business casual attire. Think “professional but comfortable.” We recommend wearing layers so that you feel good in varying temperatures. 

 

No, you do not need to sign up for sessions in advance. 

 

 

We are using the RingCentral Events app for this year’s Conferences. Attendees can access the mobile app on both iOS devices or Android devices

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available onsite during the Conferences. We will provide attendees with the Wi-Fi network and an access code upon checking in at registration. We will also list the Wi-Fi information here when available.

Your virtual registration includes the following:  

Access to all Proxy Disclosure and Executive Compensation sessions happening Oct. 21-22, except for the keynote session on Oct. 22 at 8:15 a.m. PT which is in-person only. 

Continuing education credit opportunities for CLE. 

Access to the Conferences’ archives and transcripts until Oct. 21, 2026.

Your registration confirmation email and most of the automated event emails contain your personalized Magic Link. Click on it to be instantly directed to the event. The Magic Link acts as an "access pass" into the event. It bypasses the need for registered users to sign into RingCentral Events and brings you directly into your RingCentral Events account and into the event. Your Magic Link is unique to you and cannot be shared with others. 

Once in the event, click the “Stage” button from the menu on the left of the webpage. In order to view the session currently playing on stage, you will need to press the play button on the video.
